Day 1: Praying for Joy Unspeakable In 2020

Today we will be praying for joy unspeakable all year round in our homes/families.

Acts 8:5-6 – “Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.”

Acts 8:8 – “And there was great joy in that city.”
Declare there will be great joy in the month of January propelling us into the new year, rejoicing for what he has already done and what he is about to do.

Psalms 51:12 – “Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit.”
Pray for God to restore the joy of our salvation in every believer in Household of Faith.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 – “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, 18. while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
Pray for every member of Household of Faith ministry to count it joy when we face persecution for the name of Christ.
Pray that the joy and expectation of eternal life will motivate us to keep our eyes on the prize.

John 16:24 – “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”
Pray as individuals that we will ask of God what is in our heart and expect to receive it according to His will that our joy may be full.

Psalm 85:6 – “Won’t You Revive Us Again, So Your People Can Rejoice In You?”
Pray for revival for our spirit man that we as a people may experience real joy.

Psalms 16:11 – “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Pray that God shows us the path that leads to fullness of joy in 2020.

Job 20:5-7 – “That the triumphing of the wicked is short, And the joy of the hypocrite is but for a moment? Though his haughtiness mounts up to the heavens, and his head reaches to the clouds, yet he will perish forever like his own refuse; Those who have seen him will say, ‘Where is he?’”
Pray that every seed of wickedness to steal our joy will be uprooted in Jesus’ name.

John 15:11 – “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your Joy may be full.”
Declare that the joy of the Lord will be our strength for the entire month of January and continue throughout 2020.
