Day 2: February 2020

Warfare Prayer

Psalmists says, ”Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him”. Warfare prayer is a kind of prayer that brings the victory of Jesus over the host of evil. They are prayers directed at the host of darkness. Warfare prayer is a language of spiritual warfare. There are different kinds of prayers, prayer of faith, prayer of petition, prayer of commitment, prayer of consecration, prayer of agreement, but warfare is more focused on the wicked forces.
Yesterday our prayer point number – 7, was for a permanent place of worship for HOF ministry. We Prayed that our God who has called HOF into being, will also bring our building into manifestation as He has promised.

1 John 5:14-15 – “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, he hears us: And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.”
Lets thank God for hearing us in the HOF when we called on Him regarding our permanent place of worship.
Thank Him for giving us a building of our own.

Isaiah 40:31 – “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Thank God for making us mount up with wings as eagles while we waited.
Pray that as we continue to wait for God’s perfection regarding our building, we will not be weary neither would we faint. But we will continue to renew our strength in waiting.

Psalm 35:1 – “Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.”
Let’s plead our case with God regarding our building. Pray that no one will strive with us regarding this building.
Pray that anyone that strives with the HOF regarding the building that God has given to us, will have God to contend with.

Isaiah 49:24-26 – “Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.”
Pray that nothing will deprive us in the HOF from our God given blessing.
Pray that anyone or anything that wants to oppress us out of our God given inheritance, shall be drunken with their own blood.

Proverbs 21:1 (NKJV) – “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.”
Pray that God will stir the hearts of anyone in position of authority, who is in opposition to our church building to have a change of heart to favour our building.
Pray for the mighty hand of the Lord to move in our favour regarding this matter.

Timothy 1:12 – “For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.”
Pray that as we have committed everything concerning our church building into His hands, we will not be put to shame because we are persuaded that He is able to deliver what we are trusting Him for.

Deuteronomy 28:7 – “The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.”
Pray that all those against our church building will stand in amazement at the manifestation of God’s promises regarding our building.
Pray that at the manifestation of God’s promises concerning our church building, our enemies will flee before us seven ways.

Amen and Amen!
